LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This plugin for WordPress shows you how to export the URL's for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the URL below:

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Instructions


A new tab on the options side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

Click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will display all of your blog websites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our blog test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but get more info instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to get more info be able to gather those links.

If you website do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
